The End: Caelesta has been dissolved.
Pulchritudo, Caelesta — On the 22nd of December 2022, the leader of Caelesta, Connie Sarah, has signed an order announcing the dissolution of the Republic of Caelesta. As a result of the dissolution, the former Citizenship String Database will be destroyed for ethical reasons. The Citizen Resources links will also be deactivated. Link to the Order.
