Provincial Capitals return. Pulchritudo gets its own symbols.

Pulchritudo, Caelesta — On the 19th of March 2022, the Government of Caelesta signed an Order which would mark the return of Provincial Capital Cities. The Order also set up new symbols for the Capital of Caelesta, Pulchritudo.

The New Provincial Capitals are:
Port-Dresleuca / Порт-Дреслеука – Corindalesti Province
Barnarel / Барнарел – Vatra Province
Costevky / Костевкий – Ravansa Province

The New Symbols for Pulchritudo, which include a Flag, Coat of Arms, and Logo, are represented visually in the Constitution of Caelesta as of the 20th of March 2022.
